Shipping
All order shipping charges are calculated based on actual shipping charges. Your order will not show any shipping charges as we do not caculate them until after we determine the best packing and shipping methods. Only in this way can we insure that you pay only actual shipping charges. Shipping to a commercial address will significantly reduce shipping charges. For Large airframes we use various contract trucking companies. Someone MUST be available to sign for the delivery and we strongly recommend that you THOROUGHLY inspect the delivery Before signing. Once signed for, we are no longer able to make a claim for shipping damages. For all other shipments it is very importnat that you inspect the delivery immediately upon reciept. In order to file a claim, Please notify us within 7 days of recieving your order with any issues or problems.
Credit Card Orders
Extreme Flight RC accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Pay Pal as payment. When using your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address if different from the shipping address and your daytime/night time phone numbers. If the billing address does not match that which is on file at the financial institution or if authorization is not given for any reason, we will not be able to process your order.
Check Policy
To ensure that your order is shipped as quickly as possible, please send a money order, certified check or use your credit card. It may take up to 7 days for personal checks to clear our bank, thereby delaying the shipment of your order. Business checks are treated as regular personal checks. Customers whose checks are returned to us because of non-sufficient funds will be charged $30.00 for handling in addition to the amount of the check. If it becomes necessary for us to use an attorney or collection agency, you will be responsible for all collection fees.
International Orders
At this time we can only accept PayPal as a form of payment for International
orders.

For international orders we only take payments via www.paypal.com.
The way to do an international sale is to visit our website at www.extremeflightrc.com
and place all of the items in your shopping cart. Click the "Go to Checkout"
button and enter your name and address on the appropriate section and click
the "Confirm" button to get to the confirmation screen. Place a checkmark in
the "actual shipping charges" button and then click the "continue checkout"
button. We charge only the actual shipping costs and there is no way to automate
this. Once on the payment screen, simply choose the PayPal radio button and
then agree to the Terms and Conditions by placing a check in the Terms and Conditions
box at the top of the page and then click the "Continue Checkout" Button at
the bottom of the page. Check all the details and click the "Confirm your Order"
button at the bottom of the screen. The Order confirmation screen will be displayed.
You will NOT be automatically taken to PayPal and no charges will have been
made. We will respond quickly with the actual shipping cost and we will
e-mail an invoice via www.paypal.com. Simply pay that invoice via PayPal and
we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the tracking # for your order in
24-48 business hours.
Additionally, when ordering from Extremeflightrc.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please note that we are required by law to accurately list both the contents of the package, and list the customs value of the package as the amount you paid for the order. If you either refuse the shipment or refuse payment of any customs charges, we reserve the right to either bill your credit card and or deduct the return shipping charges from any credit you may receive. The customer is responsible for any Duties, Brokerage Fees or Taxes that the shipment may incure. In addition, you are responsible for return shipping charges of any item(s) not allowed to be imported to your country. Please Do not ask for us to falsify documents.
Price and/or Description Changes
All prices, pictures and descriptions on this site and all other Extreme Flight RC publications are subject to change. Extreme Flight RC assumes no responsibility for inadvertent spelling or pricing errors. In the event of typographical errors on our site or in our publications, Extreme Flight RC reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its sole discretion.
Limits of Responsibility
Radio control aircraft and their accessories are not toys! Serious injury, destruction of property, or even death may result from the misuse of these products. Extreme Flight RC is providing you, the buyer with a very high quality model aircraft component kit or accessory from which you, the buyer, will assemble a flying model. However it is beyond our control to monitor the finished aircraft you produce. Extreme Flight RC will in no way accept or assume responsibility or liability for damages resulting from the use of this user assembled product. This aircraft should be flown in accordance to the AMA safety code. It is highly recommended that you join the Academy of Model Aeronautics in order to be properly insured, and to operate your model at AMA sanctioned flying fields only. If you are not willing to accept ALL liability for the use of these products, please return it to the place of purchase immediately.
Extreme Flight RC, Ltd. guarantees this kit to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original dated receipt. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the aircraft kit only.
Extreme Flight RC in no way warranties its aircraft against flutter. We have put these aircraft through the most grueling flight tests imaginable and have not experienced any control surface flutter. Proper servo selection and linkage set-up is absolutely essential. Inadequate servos or improper linkage set up may result in flutter and possibly the complete destruction of your aircraft. If you are not experienced in this type of linkage set-up or have questions regarding servo choices, please contact us. It is your responsibility to ensure the airworthiness of your model.
