Shipping:
Shipping charges are actual carrier charges, we do not inflate these fees or
add additional handling charges. All order shipping charges are calculated based
on actual shipping charges. Your order/invoice will not show any shipping charges
as we do not calculate them until after we determine the best packing and shipping
methods. Only in this way can we insure that you pay only actual shipping charges.
Shipping to a commercial address will significantly reduce shipping charges.
For Large airframes we use various contract trucking companies. Someone MUST
be available to sign for the delivery and we strongly recommend that you THOROUGHLY
inspect the delivery Before signing. Once signed for, we are no longer able
to make a claim for shipping damages. For International Shipments, the customer
is responsible for any Duties, Brokerage Fees or Taxes that the shipment may
incur. These are not included in the shipping charges from Extreme Flight R/C.
For all other shipments it is very important that you inspect the delivery immediately
upon receipt. In order to file a claim, Please notify us within 7 days of receiving
your order with any issues or problems.
If you are using a Freight Forwarder, Please Note that Extreme Flight R/C cannot be responsible for any possible damage incured after being signed for at your forwarder of choice.
Returns:
Examine and dry fit your plane together prior to assembly… returns will only be made on unassembled/new condition aircraft. Should you decide to proceed in the building process and later determine the aircraft unacceptable, we will not be able to assist you.
Please contact Extreme Flight RC via phone at 770-887-1794 for a return authorization number before shipping product back to us. There will be a $20.00 restocking fee and return shipping charges must be paid by the sender.
Product must be in original packaging in saleable condition. Once we receive the returned product we will inspect it and issue a refund via check or credit card refund, less original shipping charges.
